What is Sevens Golf?

Sevens is a 9 hole social team golf game that’s more about having fun and getting out there in a relaxed environment with family, friends and workmates than it is about winning the big trophy.

We’ve made the Sevens Golf competition as flexible as we can, so you can play it at any time, whether you are at home or away you’ll fit it into even the busiest of schedules.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a seasoned pro, a regular social player or a new to the game hacker, Sevens’ unique handicap and scoring system allows you and your team to be competitive and have fun from your very first round.

Sevens is played by teams of 7 in a round robin competition. Each round runs from Monday to Sunday. That means you have the flexibility to play when you have the time throughout that 7 days. Best of all you don’t all have to play on the same day at the same time and if you have a bad round you have 2 more chances to redeem yourself for the week.

The top 4 scores are counted and apart from winning the round against the other team, as an individual you have a 1 in 4 chance of picking up a prize each week. Competitions run between 12 and 20 weeks and are capped off with an end of season awards and presentation event.

Sevens website and webmaster helps you keep track of how you are going on a daily basis with updates of your team scores, team placing’s, and tale of the tape.
